About Dr. Edward H. Topfer
	Dr. Topfer grew up in Pennsylvania but has lived in Texas since 1971.  Dr. Topfer Graduated from the University of Houston School of Optometry in 1983.  While at the University, Dr. Topfer received advanced training in the areas of contact lenses as well as in low vision.  He completed his internship at the Fourth Ward Clinic and Hermann Eye Center In Houston.       Since living in allen, Dr. Topfer has been active in the Lions Club, Rotary Club, Allen Environmental Action League, Friends of the Allen Public Library, Allen Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Allen Heritage Guild.
